The guitarist, born Darrell Lance Abbott, better known as "Dimebag Darrell", was the lead guitarist for heavy metal legends Pantera, and reknown for his very distinctive playing style. Darrell was shot and killed on stage December 8th 2004, while performing with his new band Damageplan. Each sculpture will be hand numbered and include a wooden display base.
